a perfect tuesday

i so love spending a day with my friend pamela, breaking all the rules, making a mess and enjoying her yummy fresh vegie garden pickings for lunch.
making art with pamela has a somewhat chaotic feel about it.  there are no rules and if there are, why bother paying attention to them anyway??

shedding the kilos

i jumped on the scales at work this morning.  actually, let me rewind a bit…..
on new years day i started a plan.  i really don’t like the word diet because “diets” don’t work – for me.  also “new years resolutions” (or revolutions cos they just keep cycling round and around, same each year!) don’t work [...]

spud anyone?

would you look at this….  i couldn’t believe how many potatoes we got from only 6 plants.  this is only half of the bounty that we dug from the garden this morning at work.  the red ones were grown from bits of old potatoes that we just popped in to see what would happen – [...]

simply white

my choice for [...]

green wednesday

what could be greener than spending the day in the veggie garden with clients?

the seven year runner beans and

cucumbers are the most productive in our garden at the moment.

the corn is coming up nicely…. we think they may look so green because of one particular client who likes to spread fertiliser at a great rate [...]

an orangey kinda day

isn’t it funny how when you’re thinking about a particular colour, it’s all you see…..
this in my journal…..

and these on the streets of melbourne…..

you can see the larger versions here.
i made it to the Rosalie Gascoigne exhibition – it was stunning – will pop an album on my flickr account tomorrow sometime.
tomorrow’s green day….. it’s [...]
